Vodka Chicken Riggies...Still in Progress

Using the mortor and pestal

Sauce, pre sauce stuff (red peppers, parsley, onions, satueed garlic, Lou's spice wonderfulness)

CHICKEN RIGGIES. Added to sauce, tomatoes, vodka, and cream. Muy Deliciouso!

And, of course, no dish is done with out grated Parmesean!
