1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1-2 cups broccoli
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup red onions
1/2 apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup beef base
1/4 white sugar (Or less, depends if you like more or less tart)
Annnnnd usually I ask him to like quadruple the recipe. It is SO good.
